Bara does not have a generic method applied to every client. We have a framework that adapts to who you are because every leader is different, and every brand should be too.

30 minutes
Before any contract, we talk. We want to understand your moment, your project, and whether it makes sense for us to work together. This call is free and it is the most important one in the process.
60–90 minutes
We don't send a form to fill out. We do the briefing live you speak, we listen and take notes. In 90 minutes we capture what a written questionnaire never could.
3–5 days
We present the proposal on a call not by email. Because proposals of this level deserve a conversation.
2–3 weeks
We apply the behavioral assessments and hold the debrief session. You receive the Leader DNA document your first tangible deliverable, and the foundation of all the work that follows.
1–2 weeks
We present the creative direction before executing anything. Moodboard, references, and concept for your approval. No surprises at final delivery.
3–4 weeks
Complete development with weekly 15-minute check-ins. You follow along you don't just wait for the final delivery.
4–6 weeks
Website and/or app with approved identity. The process is more agile here because the conceptual foundation is already in place.
1 week
Final presentation, complete brand guide, and all files organized. You leave with everything you need to move forward with full autonomy.
